Pre-orders came with the TS Queen Mary steamship, the Great Pyramid of Giza landmark and an Asian Elephant. The official editions page says the Collector's Edition includes this bonus even after the pre-order period ended.
Is Deluxe worth it?
Nothing in Deluxe changes the simulation: the base game has the full industry, cargo and campaign content listed on this site. Deluxe is cosmetic and map variety. If you own Transport Fever 2, the 10% loyalty discount ends about two weeks after launch, so it is the cheaper moment to decide.
